iCT4 are pleased to announce the launch of their new SIMS Support Service Level Agreement - available from September 2016. This service will be headed up by Service Delivery Manager Jonathan Jenkin (JJ) who recently joined iCT4 after many years with the Cornwall IMS Team.

iCT4 Managing Director, Glyn Pascoe said: "We're delighted to be able to offer continuity for schools moving to our service - it may be a different phone number but it'll be a familar voice at the end of the phone and familiar faces doing the account management and consultancy visits - we're even able to offer a saving over the price schools are currently paying"
